As a teacher, I thrive on those moments when students make the art of photography or movie making their own, using it to deepen their engagement with our world. Outside of Pacifica, I am blessed to share life with my wife Susan and our sons Theodor and Emil. I am often found writing a script, running, or reading. My favorite book is In Search of Lost Time by Marcel Proust.
