Sports competition has a way of drawing us out to the very edge of what we're capable of handling. Having played mini-tour pro golf for over five years, I've been to that place time and time again. Each iteration, whether it ends in exuberance or heartbreak, is an opportunity for all kinds of character growth. Performance under pressure, endurance under trial, peace in all circumstances—I love seeing God train these qualities into student-athletes as they seek to golf and to live for His glory. Off the course, you'll find me drinking sparkling water and producing instrumental music.
