How to Apply for Financial Assistance at Pacifica

*The online application is available beginning November 1

1. Go to www.factstuitionaid.com.
2. Click on Applicant Sign In
3. Click on “Create an Account”, under the New Users Menu
4. Fill in the necessary information in the Pop-up window
5. Under select school choose Pacifica Christian High School as your school (zip code 90403)
6. Follow directions filling in all 7 sections
   1. Guardians
   2. Students
   3. Income
   4. Expenses
   5. Assets
   6. Payment Method ($20 application fee)]
   7. Authorization
      * Failure to complete a required field will result in an incomplete application that will not be processed.
      
7. Submit the following documents to FACTS Grant and Aid assessment ASAP.
   1. Copies of your 2004 or 2005 tax forms including all supporting tax schedules.
   2. Copies of your 2005 W-2 form for both you and your spouse.
   3. Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation, and TANF.
